If you have never been in treatment or diagnosed before, that's okay! Through online video sessions we can identify your goals and what steps are necessary for you to achieve them. I use person centered therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
